Paneer Naan Pizza

Naan pizza topped with spicy paneer and veggies—an Indian twist on a classic veggie pizza!

Servings: 8

Ingredients:

Paneer mixture:

  • 1 red bell pepper, finely diced

  • 1 yellow bell pepper, finely diced

  • 1 jalapeno, finely diced

  • ½ yellow onion, finely diced

  • 12 oz block of paneer, finely diced

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 1 tbsp chili powder

  • 1 tbsp coriander powder

  • 1 tbsp garam masala

  • 2 tbsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 1 tsp ginger powder

Naan (store bought or use my homemade recipe)

Pizza Sauce (store bought or use my Hot Honey Arabiata) 

Shredded cheese

Optional: Spicy Ranch

Directions:

  1. Once the veggies and paneer are finely diced, add oil and spices and mix well

  2. Toast the naan on a flat pan for 2-3 minutes on each side

  3. Assemble the pizza by spreading sauce onto the naan

  4. Add paneer mixture and spread evenly 

  5. Top with shredded cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes

  6. Broil on high for 2 minutes

  7. Add a drizzle of spicy ranch and enjoy
