4 Ingredient Naan

This naan only needs 4 ingredients to make and is so simple, you won’t need to buy it from the store again!

Servings: 8 naans

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups all purpose flour

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt 

  • 3 tsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp salt

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl mix flour, Greek yogurt, baking powder and salt until it forms a uniform dough

  2. Sprinkle a clean surface with flour and remove the dough

  3. Knead the dough until it forms a smooth mixture

  4. Separate into 8 even pieces

  5. Roll out each piece of dough into a round shape

  6. Heat a flat pan on low/medium heat and cook the pita for 2-3 minutes on each side

  7. Once removed from the heat add a little ghee or butter to keep it moist

  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
