Cilantro Chutney

Cilantro chutney is so quick and easy to make and adds a fresh kick to any meal.

Servings: ¾ cup

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch of cilantro, roughly chopped

  • 1 tsp minced garlic

  • 1 tsp minced ginger

  • 3 tbsp crushed peanuts

  • 1 serrano chili (this will make it pretty spicy so start with half for less spice and add more as needed)

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 3 tsp lemon juice

  • 4-6 tbsp water (start with 4 and add more as you blend if needed)

Directions:

  1. Add all the ingredients into a handheld blender cup (I use a magic bullet)

  2. Blend for 30 seconds at a time until everything is blended smoothly together

  3. Taste and adjust salt and spice if needed

  4. Enjoy!
