Chili Garlic Butter Noodles
This is an elevated take on the simple ‘butter noodles’ that’s comforting and a go-to with minimal ingredients that I always have on hand.
Servings: 5
Ingredients:
4 tbsp butter
2 tbsp minced garlic
4 tbsp chili crisp
½ cup pasta water
16 oz of spaghetti (I use whole wheat pasta)
Optional: ⅓ cup parmesan or nutritional yeast
Directions:
Cook pasta al dente according to directions on the package
Heat a pan on medium heat and add butter
Once butter has melted, add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but make sure it doesn’t burn
Add in chili crisp and pasta water and mix together
Once pasta is done cooking add it to the pan and toss quickly to coat evenly
Optional: sprinkle with parmesan or nooch
