Banana Bread
This is the easiest, most delicious banana bread you’ll ever try!
Servings: 18 pieces
Ingredients:
3 ripe mashed bananas
1 cup sugar
½ cup oil
1 egg
¼ cup milk (I use oat milk)
1½ cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ cup chopped walnuts (optional)
½ cup chocolate chips (optional)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Put all the ingredients into a mixing bowl
Using a stand mixer or hand mixer, mix everything together for a few minutes until well incorporated
Add in optional walnuts and/or chocolate chips and mix together
Spray a baking dish with cooking spray
Pour batter into the baking dish
Bake for 35 minutes
Let cool and slice into square pieces
