Banana Bread

This is the easiest, most delicious banana bread you’ll ever try!

Servings: 18 pieces

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe mashed bananas

  • 1 cup sugar

  • ½ cup oil

  • 1 egg

  • ¼ cup milk (I use oat milk)

  • 1½ cup all purpose flour

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • ½ cup chopped walnuts (optional)

  • ½ cup chocolate chips (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 

  2. Put all the ingredients into a mixing bowl 

  3. Using a stand mixer or hand mixer, mix everything together for a few minutes until well incorporated

  4. Add in optional walnuts and/or chocolate chips and mix together

  5. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray

  6. Pour batter into the baking dish

  7. Bake for 35 minutes

  8. Let cool and slice into square pieces

  9. Enjoy!
